The bathroom has bath/shower and sink. The kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave oven. A shared washing machine is also available.
The flat has fitted carpets, electric heaters are provided and electricity is via a £1 coin operated meter. Linen and towels are provided. Lettings are from Saturday 3pm to Saturday 10am. Regrettably the flats are not suitable for pets. Children over the age of eight are welcome. Sunnyside Flats are all non-smoking.
